Sermons like this are meant to be acted on. It’s a direct threat and should be legally recognized as such. This isn’t an opinion; it’s a goal. They want to kill.

I'm reminded about how Cat Steven's (Yusaf) did a similar thing. He stated the Quran said the Fatwah issued against Salman Rushdie should be enforced.

He received tremendous pushback in media and his fans. Sadly, today, I still avoid his songs because he has never taken full accountability.

What I see different is that media is not showing outrage. The preacher has not been censored and I fear there are a significant number of people quietly nodding their heads in assent.

All Queer folx need to stay together. Let's be sharks!

Thank you

Democracies that don’t prohibit hate speech struggle to exist against the fascism, which is often deeply minority. The countries you listed that recognize hate speech is not free speech do so because it endangers the future of the democracy. The USA if it wishes to continue as a “democracy” must prohibit hate speech through definition or it will never recover. Either that time will come after a period of utter collapse, or we will just remain in utter collapse. Those are the only two options.
