It is the worse kind of religious propaganda and it’s heartbreaking to know how many kids will be exposed to it.

This sets the stage for children and kids, already struggling, to be openly bullied and possibly physically assaulted. It is reminiscent of the 80’s “church conversion camps”.

There is no connection to racism. This seems to be a typical example of the logical fallacies of intersectionality.

Peer pressure is a thing, but except for actual violence (which should result in swift and harsh discipline, including criminal prosecution for assault and battery) schools cannot force kids to be nice to each other. Ultimately, the children and their parents can and should make their own decisions about how children spend their time, with peers' views on that duly considered.

This whole debate shows the extent to which schools provide free babysitting, not education. If that time was being spent on activity that furthers education or is enjoyable for the kids, there would be no question of allowing LifeWise to claim it.
