IF ANYONE KNEW WHAT WAS HAPPENING NOW AND THE ASSAULTS ON OUR KIND, OF OUR RIGHTS AND THE RIGHTS OF ALL, OUR COUNTRY AND RULE OF LAW AND THE SUPREME COURT, NO ONE WOULD HAVE VOTED FOR HIM... oh wait. They still would. Because it makes them feel heard.
How lucky you must be to have people that hate you. And also love you at the same time. You are now their excuse to go to whenever they say or do something terrible. "I have a gay grandson. That means I can't be a bigot. My conscience is clear when I'm knowingly or unknowingly, vote for someone who wants to take away people's rights".
That is how it works. Pay very close to attention. Ask them. I'm sure they'll treat you *well enough* but fail to see what kind of evil grows out of their banality and ignorance. I hope i'm wrong.
