Our 'Message of Hope' Campaign Has Launched. Participate Now!
Leave a message of hope for the LGBTQ community. Your words may be used in an upcoming Uncloseted Media Special Report.
This month, Uncloseted Media passed its one-year anniversary. We wanted to do something meaningful to celebrate while also acknowledging that the LGBTQ community in the U.S. is under unprecedented attack.
So we came up with the “Message of Hope” campaign. And we want y’all to participate.
It’s super simple, quick and free: Call the number below or follow the QR code and leave a message of HOPE for the LGBTQ community—and especially for those who may be struggling right now. We want queer people and allies alike to leave messages of hope, joy, inspiration, and resilience. We encourage you to lean into personal triumph or tribulation.
The “Message of Hope Campaign,” which runs from now until the end of Monday, is a nationwide initiative. On Sunday, we’ll be outside The Stonewall Inn in NYC with a rotary phone where folks can leave a message in person. In addition, queer spaces in Pennsylvania, Illinois, California, Massachusetts, Virginia and more are also participating. And you might even see flyers in your hometown that offer another opportunity to call in.
We will use some of your messages in an upcoming Uncloseted Media Special Report.
Stay hopeful!
